TamApp requires valid identification to verify users’ identities, strengthen trust between buyers and sellers, and help prevent fraud, impersonation, scams, and misuse of the platform. Identity information is handled securely and used for verification and compliance with applicable Kuwaiti laws and anti-money-laundering requirements. It will not be shared with other users and may only be disclosed to competent legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We share best-practice packaging instructions on TamApp. Safe packing and delivery are the seller’s responsibility—including for self-ship—and the item delivered must match the listing description in the app.
TamApp helps make direct payments between buyers and sellers more transparent by collecting and verifying seller identity and account information, maintaining transaction records, and requiring products to match their listing descriptions. Payments remain directly between both parties via bank transfer, payment link, or cash on delivery for self-shipping only.
